Nice to meet you. My name is Aayush and I am a designer. What do I design? I design experiences, products, and services. How do I do that? I use data to make evidence-based analytical decisions. I write about a variety of things here, but they can be clubbed into three major buckets: Organizational Design, Product Management, and Customer Experience.
